Foundation66 is one of London’s longest established alcohol
and drug service providers with a proven track record delivering
recovery-focused treatment services across the capital. Our operations
include direct access community treatment services, residential
care, employment and training services, and supported housing.
Established in 1987, we support people to achieve positive
change and freedom from the harmful effects of alcohol and other
drugs. We firmly believe in the unique contribution third sector
providers make to the diversity of the treatment sector and continuous
development of best practice. Following recent restructuring
of the senior team, we’re now looking for an experienced
professional to drive our service delivery strategy and keep
us at the forefront of service provision. Reporting to the CEO
alongside an experienced directorate team, the successful applicant
will have a considerable impact on the governance and development
of the charity.
You will be passionate about best clinical practice and service
user engagement, and be keen to apply your knowledge of substance
misuse treatment and research developments to the delivery of
outstanding services.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following
essential qualities:
- Proven leader with experience of successfully delivering
change management projects
- Extensive people management experience, including a track
record in senior management.
- Significant experience delivering treatment services in the
alcohol or drug, or related fields.
- Qualification in clinical psychology, social care or nursing
(or able to demonstrate relevant knowledge & skills)
- Evidence of continuous professional development.
This is a full-time, permanent position - 37.5 hours per week,
28 days holiday annually.
